How do I request a RUSH article?

Answer

For RUSH articles:

  1. Submit the request via ILLiad and copy its TN# 
  2. CALL the Library at 216-444-5697 with the TN# to let us know it is a rush
  3. We will do our best to get this article as quickly as possible
