How do I see items ordered through ILLiad?

Answer

To track the status of items ordered through ILLiad:

  1. Login to ILLiad and look at the View options on the left menu
  2. Click "Outstanding Requests" to see items you have not received
  3. Click "All Requests" to see your entire request history
